Details on the processing of Personal Data
Personal Data is collected for the following purposes and using the following services:
- Contact Form By filling in their data in the contact form, the User consents to its use to respond to requests for information, quotes, or any other nature indicated in the form's heading. By ticking the “Yes, I want to receive your news and promotions” box, the User explicitly consents to receiving promotional information via newsletter (email), SMS or WhatsApp. Personal data collected: Postcode, Surname, Email, Address, Country, First Name, Telephone Number, Province, and State. Newsletter signup form: The User's email address is collected in order to send them news, offers, updates, and commercial communications. At any time, the User can unsubscribe from the newsletter by clicking on the dedicated link at the bottom of all our emails. Through our newsletter management platform, we receive information on who opens the newsletter and clicks on links. The information about message usage helps us to make our communications increasingly relevant and interesting.
Further information on treatment
At any time, the user can ask the Data Controller for a copy of, or to transfer or delete, their personal data. The personal data of users collected through this site are not, under any circumstances, transferred to third parties without prior authorisation from the user themselves.
The data is managed and stored for 10 years in our databases, unless the user requests deletion.
Defence in court
The User's Personal Data may be used by the Controller for defence in legal proceedings, or in the preliminary stages thereof, from abuse committed by the User in the use of the Controller or related services.

The Data Controller reserves the right to make changes to this privacy policy at any time, giving notice to Users on this page.
